WHAT IS THE ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY?

Asset Management Companies are companies that are established to operate for the purpose of purchasing, collecting, restructuring and selling receivables and other assets of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund, banks and other financial institutions. These companies carry out its activities under the supervision and inspection of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in accordance with Article no. 93 and 143 of the Banking Law no. 5411 of 19/10/2005.
